This is an interesting article about a controversial subject- Smart phone addiction.
Personally, I don't believe in it. At least- not to the level this story takes it. I'm sure that everyone has varying degrees of addictive personality, and each 'addiction' is different for each person. But I cannot imagine that using your smartphone can make the average person addicted.
If one is "predisposed" to addiction, that is- has personality traits that make them more likely to develop an addiction, it's likely to happen anyway, whether it's with alcohol, drugs, sex, gambling, or smartphones.
